Who we are

CREWFORCODE S.R.L. ("Crewforcode", "we"), Municipiul Cluj-Napoca, Jud. Cluj, Calea TURZII, Nr. 162-168, registered under J2019002231127, CUI 41183584, decides how the details below are used. Write to us at contact@crewforcode.com about anything in this notice.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your company if you give it, and your message. When you email us, we receive what you send.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

Why we use it

Only to answer you: to ask questions about your app, give you a timeline and a quote, and, if we work together, to prepare the contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (Article 6(1)(f)).

We don't send newsletters and we don't sell or share your details.

Who handles it for us

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and forwards each form message to our inbox. To protect the form from abuse, it counts messages per IP address for a minute; we don't store the address.
• Google (Gmail) holds our inbox, where your message and our replies stay.

Both may process data outside the European Union. They do so under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and our replies for 12 months after our last exchange, or until you ask us to delete them, if that's sooner. If we work together, what's needed for the contract and the accounts is kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct or delete them, to limit how we use them, or object to our using them, by writing to contact@crewforcode.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

If this notice changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
